What if the humidity isn't at the right level, and how do I adjust it?
Humidity levels can be adjusted by adding or removing water. For proactive control, consider using a humidity control package suitable for your desired level. We offer two 72% humidity control packages.

What if the humidity too high？
To lower humidity, take out the humidifier and let it sit for a while. This will help some of the water evaporate. After that, you can put the humidifier back in the humidor.

What if the humidity too low？
Increasing Humidity: If humidity levels drop below the optimal range of 65% to 75%, add distiled water to the humidifier.
